Spanish Examinations and Diplomas: DIE and DELE
DIE Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language on Margarita Island, Venezuela
From 2001 CELA belongs to the test centers network for the DIE, The International Diploma of Spanish of Fidescu Foundation and the Pontifical University of Salamanca in Spain. Since then, hundreds of CELA students have been examined and obtained successfully their International Diploma of Spanish.
Even though, the best way to demonstrate any knowledge of Spanish is by its use and the CELA course finishes with a School Diploma, having an International Diploma is a very good motivation and an additional recognition for what you have learned.
The DIE is performed at the CELA in its oral and writing form. There are 10 levels of the oral test and 6 levels of the writing test. Every student at CELA, even a beginner student can take a test according to his level.
There are exams for specific purposes such as tourism, economics and medicine.
The oral exam can take from 5 to 25 minutes depending on the level, and the same candidates can choose the subjects to be evaluated.
