Venezuela cooking course
Since we all enjoy cooking, we offer once again the course of Venezuelan cookery every Saturday. The class will be arranged with a minimum of five participants. The cost of the ingredients per person is US$ 40.
The menu will be:
Quesillo (dessert made of eggs)
Typical Venezuelan breakfast dish: arepa, empanadas and huevo perico
Sancocho (typical soup with fresh vegetables of the area)
Pabellon criollo, and pabellon margariteño (the national dish)
Pastel de chucho (a sort of fish lasagna typical on Margarita Island)and then, we will eat.....
Recipes and explanations will be given in Spanish so there is a great chance for practicing and learning vocabulary.
